When starting out on your resume, it is important to define what
sort of job you are searching for. Is it a technical job? A creative
job? A professional position? This is important, as it will define
what your resume needs to look like.
A creative job would require a more artistic resume, while a technical
job and plainer, more readable and simple resume. A professional
job, such as an accountant would require a no-frills resume, containing
more information, as you would typically be presenting it to an
admin type of person.
